Who is my travel contract with?

The travel contract will be between you and the local agency as tour operator. 

You will be able to review all Terms & Conditions prior to confirming your booking. They are attached as link on your booking offer. You are always required to confirm those Terms & Conditions in order to be able to confirm your booking via the confirmation link you received from your local expert.
