I’ve submitted an enquiry but can’t create an account
We occasionally hear from customers who have submitted a trip request but are struggling to log into their accounts. If this is happening to you, after you have submitted a trip request, please follow the following steps:
1. Go to your normal email inbox
2. Search for the following email: “Plan your trip with your own TravelLocal traveler account”
3. Open this email and click on the link provided to set up a password.
4. Login to your account using your email and your new chosen password.
